摘要
颜填料的表面结构、表面形态与活性基团直接影响聚合物与颜填料之间相互的作用,而聚合物的吸附对涂层固化后表面属性有根本性的影响。本文从无机或有机颜填料的化学活性、表面缺陷、表观形态角度出发,论述其对涂层材料的物理化学性能的影响,并阐述应用过程中可能出现的各种基本性状,对颜填料在涂层化学中的应用性能研究有一定的启示。
The surface structure,surface morphology and active groups of pigments and fillers directly affect the interaction with polymers,the adsorption of polymer has a fundamental effect on the surface properties of cured coatings.In this paper,the influence of inorganic or organic pigments and fillers on the physical chemistry properties of coating materials is discussed from the point of view of their chemical activity,surface defects and morphology,and the basic properties of pigments and fillers in the process of application are described,which may be helpful to the study of the application of pigments and fillers in coating chemistry.
