山地辣椒收获机履带受力分析及仿真

摘要 贵州山地土壤湿软、土质黏性、种植田块面积小,现有辣椒收获机不能满足贵州丘陵坡地的采收需求,设计并生产制造一台山地自走式履带辣椒收获样机,选用LD-54型履带,建立履带底盘动力学模型,通过RecurDyn软件的Track履带车辆子系统进行仿真,在沙土、黏土、重黏土3种不同的土壤环境及平地、上坡、下坡、过垄与过沟4种工况下进行动力学仿真,得到履带转矩及张紧力仿真结果与计算结果对比分析,履带转矩的整体误差在5%以内,经过田间试验,样机满足贵州辣椒种植的采收环境,为研究橡胶履带底盘在辣椒收获机的山地应用提供了参考。 In Guizhou,due to the wet and soft soil,high soil viscosity and small areas of planting field,the current pepper harvesting lines can’t meet the harvesting demand of the local hilly land.In n order to solve this problem,in this article a mountain pepper harvester characterized by the self-propelled track is designed and manufactured.The model LD-54 track is selected to set up the dynamics model of the track chassis,and the RecurDyn software is adopted to simulate the track vehicle’s subsystem.The dynamic simulation is carried out in three different soil environments(sandy soil,clay and heavy clay)and four working conditions(flat,uphill,downhill,over ridge and over ditch).The simulation results of the tracked torque and the tension force are compared with those results obtained from calculation.The overall error of the track torque is less than 5%.Through the field test,the prototype meets the requirements of pepper planting and harvesting environment in Guizhou,which provides reference for application of rubber track chassis in the field of pepper harvesting in the mountain areas.
