缺陷位置对圆柱滚子轴承振动影响的有限元模拟与试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 滚动轴承作为旋转机械的关键部件,其振动特性对轴承使用的可靠性具有重要影响。文中针对轴承内、外圈不同位置的剥落缺陷建立了圆柱滚子轴承的有限元模型,利用ABAQUS仿真软件进行了轴承振动特性仿真计算。结果表明,轴承无缺陷时也存在振动,剥落缺陷将增大轴承的应力波动,进而加剧轴承振动。当局部剥落缺陷位于内、外圈滚道中部时,轴承应力波动幅度最大,轴承振动幅度也最大,并向两端减小。最后利用轴承振动测量仪对内圈不同缺陷位置进行了振动试验。试验结果与仿真结果具有一致的规律性,从而验证了分析模型的正确性和有效性。 As a key component of rotating machinery,the vibration characteristics of rolling bearings have an important impact on the reliability of bearing use.In this article,FEM of cylindrical roller bearing is conducted on the peeling defects in different positions of the inner and outer race;the simulation is carried out on the bearing vibration characteristics with the help of the ABAQUS software.The results show that vibration also exists in the bearings without defect,and existence of local defects makes the bearing’s stress fluctuation increase,thereby deepening vibration of the bearing.When the local defect is located in the middle of the bearing’s inner or outer race,stress fluctuation and vibration impulse of the bearing are the largest and decrease at the both ends.Finally,the vibration test is carried out on different defect positions of the inner ring by means of the bearing’s vibration-measuring instrument.These results are consistent with the simulation results,which has verified that the analysis model is correct and valid.
