摘要
为了快速对多旋翼无人机性能进行准确计算,提出了一种基于动力系统匹配的多旋翼无人机快速设计方法,自主推导计算公式并在MATLAB/Simulink下建立计算模型,并通过多旋翼机型进行了准确性的验证。该方法主要包括动力系统匹配、整机质量精确计算、悬停时间计算等,可以有效解决多旋翼结构设计迭代时间长的问题。目前,基于该方法已完成ZW-H880,ZW-Q1100,ZW-H1200三款机型设计,3款机型整机质量计算误差约为6.7%,航时计算误差约为4.9%,3款无人机平台已广泛应用于电力、林业及道路监测等领域。
In this article,in order to calculate accurately and quickly performance of multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV),the method of fast design based on its power matching is proposed.The calculation formula is independently derived and the calculation model is worked out with the help of MATLAB/Simulink;the multi-rotor model is set up for accuracy verification.This method mainly includes power matching,accurate calculation of vehicle mass,calculation of hovering time,and so on,which effectively solve the problem of long iteration time for multi-rotor structure design.At present,based on this method,three models of ZW-H880,ZW-Q1100,and ZW-H1200 are designed.In terms of mass calculation,the error of the three models is about 6.7%;with regard to flight time,the error is about 4.9%.These three unmanned platforms are widely used in the fields of power generation,forestry,road monitoring,and so on.
