摘要
全球主要经济体已经就碳减排达成共识,能源行业的绿色低碳转型速度不断加快。石油公司努力调整生产经营方式减少碳排放,新能源业务迎来快速发展机遇。国际石油工程技术服务公司“领头羊”斯伦贝谢积极适应政策变化和客户需求:一是调整公司战略,优化业务结构,从公司治理层面推进可持续发展目标的实现;二是升级技术工艺,提高油气生产效率,满足客户对降低油气生产过程中碳排放的需求,拓展碳捕集利用和封存业务;三是扩展业务范围,围绕未来需求增速较快的新能源产业链部署创新链,在地热能、地源地热、氢能、储能业务领域,研发新技术,开拓新市场。中国油服企业应该积极借鉴斯伦贝谢的转型经验,关注政策变化,贴近客户需求,加强技术投入,注重外部合作,力争在转型过程中缩小与国际同行之间的差距。
Major global economies have reached a common agreement on carbon emission reduction and the energy industry is undergoing a rapid green and low-carbon transition.Oil and gas companies strive to adjust their operational methods to reduce CO;emissions while their new energy business gains great opportunities.Schlumberger,as the international oilfield service giant,actively adapted to policy changes and customer needs and these measure include making new corporate strategies,optimizing the business structure,and promoting the realization of sustainable development goals from the perspective of corporate governance,upgrading technologies to enhance productivity,meeting customers’ needs to reduce carbon emissions from oil and gas production and expanding carbon capture,utilization and storage business,expanding its business scope,deploying innovation chain by focusing on new energy industry chain with rapid future demand growth,carrying out new technologies R&D and exploring new markets in geothermal energy,ground source geothermal,hydrogen energy,and energy storage business.Chinese oilfield service companies should learn from the experience of Schlumberger’s transition,focus on policy changes,pressing close to customer needs,strengthening on research and development,and paying attention to external cooperation in order to narrow the gap between them and their international counterparts.
