Changes of Aquatic Community Structures of Xiaoqing River in Spring From 2014 to 2019

摘要 调查研究了2014-2019年山东省小清河流域(济南段)春季浮游植物、浮游动物及底栖动物的生物量及群落结构变化。结果显示:小清河流域(济南段)春季水生生物类群群落结构近年波动较大,主要体现在生物量减少、群落多样性降低等方面。2017年前后出现蓝、绿藻优势种,浮游动物生物量大幅降低,轮虫占比增加,2019年底栖动物显著减少;群落结构方面,浮游动物Simpson指数于2014年、2018年显著升高(P<0.01),香农维纳指数于2018显著降低(P<0.01),浮游植物及底栖动物年际变化不显著。 The changes of biomass and community structures of phytoplankton,zooplankton and zoobenthos in spring in Xiaoqing River Basin(Jinan section)of Shandong Province from 2014 to 2019 were investigated.The results show that the community structures of aquatic organisms in spring in Xiaoqing River basin(Jinan section)fluctuate greatly in recent years,which is mainly reflected in the decrease of biomass and community diversity.The dominant species of blue and green algae appeared around 2017;the biomass of zooplankton decreased significantly;the proportion of rotifers increased,and the number of benthos decreased significantly in 2019.In terms of community structures,Simpson index of zooplankton increased significantly in 2014 and 2018,while Shannon Wiener index decreased significantly in 2018(P<0.01).
