摘要
采用排放因子法“自下而上”估算了广东省2016-2018年污水处理过程中温室气体排放量,分别从时间序列、区域分布和排放结构等多角度深入挖掘了污水处理部门温室气体排放特征和减排潜力,为社会和政府部门开展温室气体和污染物协同减排以及碳中和等工作提供科学支撑。研究结果表明:广东省2016-2018年污水处理部门温室气体排放量分别为665.10、701.35和739.50万t CO_(2-eq),呈逐年递增趋势,甲烷排放占比最大(约71%),主要来源于工业废水处理尤其是造纸及纸制品业和纺织业,其次为生活污水处理尤其是深圳、广州、东莞、佛山和惠州等城市,这主要与经济发展水平、污水处理厂规模和处理能力存在一定关系;N_(2)O和CO_(2)间接排放分别占污水处理部门温室气体总排放的18%和11%;单位GDP温室气体排放量逐年下降,人均温室气体排放量逐年上升,广东省污水处理部门缺少强有力的温室气体减排措施。
Based on the emission factor method,this study estimates the Greenhouse Gas(GHG)emissions from bottom-up in the sewage treatment process in Guangdong Province from 2016 to 2018,and comprehensively investigates GHG emission characteristics and emission reduction potential from the sewage treatment department in terms of time series,regional distribution and emission structures,which provides support for social and government departments to carry out collaborative emission reduction control on both GHG and air pollutants as well as to achieve the carbon neutrality goal.The results showed that GHG emissions from sewage treatment departments in Guangdong Province were 665.10×104,701.35×104,and 739.50×104 tons of CO_(2)-eq in 2016,2017,and 2018,respectively,showing a yearly increasing trend.Methane emissions accounted for the largest proportion(about 71%)of total GHG emissions,which were mainly from industrial wastewater treatment(especially in papermaking,paper products,and textile industries)and domestic sewage treatment(especially in Shenzhen,Guangzhou,Dongguan,Foshan,and Huizhou cities).The contributions of methane were closely related to the economic development level,the scale and treatment capacity of sewage treatment plants.In addition,N_(2)O and CO_(2) emissions accounted for 18%and 11%of total GHG emissions from the sewage treatment department,respectively.GHG emissions per unit of GDP have decreased year by year,while per capita GHG emissions have increased.It is suggested that strong measures to control GHG emissions from the sewage treatment department in Guangdong province are lacking.
