兰州市室外PM_(2.5)污染与大气霉菌气溶胶浓度关系探究

Study on the Relationship Between Outdoor PM_(2.5) Pollution and Atmospheric Mold Aerosol Concentration in Lanzhou City

摘要 采用安德森(Andersen)六级筛孔撞击式空气微生物采样器在每个季节连续采集3 d,对兰州市室外不同环境功能区大气霉菌气溶胶浓度日变化与对应区域PM_(2.5)污染关系进行了研究,结果表明:不同环境功能区大气霉菌气溶胶浓度日变化分布特征存在季节性差异,春季上午时段大气霉菌气溶胶浓度从高到低排序是:兰大>省医院>兴隆山>火车站;下午时段为:兴隆山>省医院>兰大>火车站。夏季上午时段排序为:省医院>火车站>兰大>兴隆山;下午时段排序为:兰大>火车站>省医院>兴隆。秋季上午时段排序为:火车站>兰大>省医院>兴隆山;下午时段排序为:兴隆山>省医院>兰大>火车站。冬季上午时段排序为:省医院>兴隆山>火车站>兰大;下午时段排序为:兰大>省医院>兴隆山>火车站。此外,兰州市室外采样区域中PM_(2.5)污染与大气霉菌气溶胶浓度关联性不显著。 The relationship between the daily variation of atmospheric mold aerosol concentration in different outdoor environmental function areas in Lanzhou City and the PM_(2.5) pollution in the corresponding areas were studied by using the Andersen six-stage perforated air microbial sampler for 3 consecutive days in each season.The results showed that there were seasonal differences in the distribution characteristics of atmospheric mold aerosol concentration of different environmental function areas.In the spring morning,the order was:Lanzhou University>Provincial Hospital>Xinglong Mountain>Railway Station;in the afternoon,the order was Xinglong Mountain>Provincial Hospital>Lanzhou University>Railway Station.In the summer morning,the order was Provincial Hospital>Railway Station>Lanzhou University>Xinglong Mountain;in the afternoon,the order was Lanzhou University>Railway Station>Provincial Hospital>Xinglong Mountain.In the autumn morning,the order was Railway Station>Lanzhou University>Provincial Hospital>Xinglong Mountain;in the afternoon,the order was Xinglong Mountain>Provincial Hospital>Lanzhou University>Railway Station.In the winter morning,the order was Provincial Hospital>Xinglong Mountain>Railway Station>Lanzhou University;in the afternoon,the order was Lanzhou University>Provincial Hospital>Xinglong Mountain>Railway Station.In addition,there was no significant correlation between PM_(2.5) pollution and atmospheric mold aerosol concentration in the outdoor sampling areas of Lanzhou City.
