摘要
河道底泥的资源化利用是解决城市河道污染治理的关键。以深圳龙西河底泥为研究对象,以河道底泥为基料,研究了不同掺量的水泥、1-4石、减水剂和细砂对底泥免烧砖抗压强度的影响。实验结果表明:最佳物料配比为水泥15%、底泥15%、细砂29.5%、1-4石40%、减水剂0.5%,底泥免烧砖的28d抗压强度高达45.6 MPa,强度等级达到免烧砖国家标准中的MU40,实现了底泥的资源化利用。
The key to solving the pollution control of urban river was the resource utilization of the river sediment.This paper took the bottom mud of Longxi River in Shenzhen as the research object.Taking the river bottom mud as the base material,the influence of the dosage of cement,bottom mud,1-4 stone,water reducing agent and fine sand on the compressive strengths of the unfired brick was investigated.The experimental result shows that the 28-day compressive strengths of bottom mud free brick reached up to 45.6 MPa when the mass ratio of cement,bottom mud,fine sand,1-4 stone and water reducing agent was 15%:15%:29.5%:40%:0.5%,and its compressive strength is higher than the national standard in MU40,realizing the resource utilization of bottom mud.
