基于眼动的孤独症儿童看图说话能力研究

摘要 目的了解孤独症儿童看图说话能力的现状及其相关因素,为提高孤独症儿童看图说话能力提供参考建议。方法采用tobii二代眼镜式眼动仪对40名7~13岁孤独症儿童的看图说话能力进行实验。结果平均年龄10岁的孤独症儿童具有看图说话能力占60%,但语句不完整、词类少、概括不到位;无人物关系、单幅图的看图说话能力比有人物关系、多幅图的看图说话能力相对较好(P<0.05);注视点低的图片看图说话得分显著高于注视点高的得分(P<0.05);突出关键信息的热点区域注视点个数与看图说话得分无关。结论孤独症儿童看图说话能力较弱且具有特殊性,表达和理解均存在问题,需要有针对性地干预。 Objective To understand the present situation and related factors of autistic children's picture-reading and speaking ability,and to provide reference and suggestions for improving their ability.Methods 40 autistic children aged 7 to 13 years old were studied by Tobii eyeglasses eye tracker.Results The study shows that 60%of autistic children with an average age of 10 years have the ability to read pictures and speak,but their sentences were incomplete,inadequate generalization and few parts of speech.There was a significant difference between the ability of single picture and that of multiple pictures.The score of picture reading and speaking in the hot spot area with low number of fixation points was higher than that in the hot spot area with high number of fixation points,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).There was no difference between the hot spot areas and the ability to read pictures and speak.Conclusion The autistic children have weak and special nature to read pictures and speak,with problems in expression and understanding,which requires targeted intervention.
