沥青三大指标法与四组分法用于改性沥青防水卷材生产的对比研究

Comparative Study on Application of Three-index Method and Four-component Method of Bitumen in Production of Modified Bitumen Waterproofing Membrane

采用沥青三大指标法(针入度、软化点和延度)和四组分法(芳香分、饱和分、胶质及沥青质)调试改性沥青防水卷材的配方,结果表明利用四组分法调配混合油生产改性沥青卷材,试验效率提高200%、一次合格率>95%、卷材成品性能稳定。即当改性剂、填料固定时,仅需保证混合油的四组分含量一定,就可得到性能一致的改性沥青防水卷材成品。

Three-index method(penetration,softening point and ductility)and four-component method(aromatic component,saturated component,colloid and asphaltene)of bitumen are adopted for the formula adjustment of modified bitumen waterproofing membrane.The results show that for the modified bitumen membrane produced with four-component method,the test efficiency is improved by 200%,the first-pass rate is more than 95%,and the performance of finished membrane is stable.That means when the modifier and filler are fixed,modified bitumen waterproofing membrane with consistent performance can be obtained only by ensuring certain contents of the four components in the compound.
