摘要
西藏地区气候特点为辐射强度大、冻融频率高、干湿循环、昼夜温差大,对水工混凝土的耐久性影响较大。环氧树脂砂浆表面涂层是常用的水工混凝土修复防护措施之一,本项目采用界面剂底涂、CW耐候环氧砂浆面涂的方法,对拉洛水利枢纽工程新建消力池表面进行防护。应用结果表明,CW耐候环氧砂浆与混凝土基底粘结紧密,涂层整体无破损或脱落,耐候防护效果较好。
The climate in Tibet is characterized by high radiation intensity,high freeze-thaw frequency,dry wet cycle and large temperature difference between day and night,which has a great impact on the durability of hydraulic concrete.Epoxy resin mortar surface coating is one of the commonly used hydraulic concrete repair and protection measures.The project adopts interface agent as the primer and CW weather resistant epoxy mortar as the topcoat to protect the surface of the new stilling basin of Laluo water control project.The application results show that the CW weather resistant epoxy mortar is closely bonded to the concrete base,and there is no damage or falling off for the general coating layer,and the weather resistant protection effect is good.
