创新教学理念,提升医学检验人才培养质量 被引量:3

Innovating the Teaching Idea of Education and Improving the Quality of Training Medical Laboratory Technicians

摘要 随着国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要的全面实施,我国高等医学检验教育进入了一个全新的发展阶段。如何创新教育教学理念,促进学生全面发展,实质性地提高医学检验技术专业人才培养质量,是需要认真研究并解决的问题。本文认真分析了医学检验技术专业人才培养存在的问题,针对医学检验技术专业人才培养中的重要环节,优化了培养方案,改革了教学方式方法,优化了教学手段,建立了自主学习管理制度。实践应用表明,这项改革提升了医学检验人才培养质量,转变了教师教育教学理念,教师教育教学水平显著提高,平台建设取得了显著成效,专业内涵建设稳步推进。该项目成果主要在我校医学检验技术专业中、临床医学和口腔医学专业中推广应用,取得了显著的成效。 With the full implementation of the national medium-and long-term education reform and development plan,higher medical laboratory education in China has entered a new stage of development.How to innovate the concept of education and teaching,promote the all-round development of students,and improve the training quality of medical laboratory technology professionals is a problem that needs to be seriously studied and solved.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the training of medical laboratory technology professionals,optimizes the training scheme,reforms the teaching methods,and optimizes the teaching means as well as establish the management system of autonomous learning.The practical application shows that this reform has improved the quality of medical laboratory personnel training,changed the concept of teacher education and teaching,improved the level of teacher education and teaching significantly,achieved remarkable results in the construction of platform,and steadily advanced the construction of professional connotation.The results of this project are mainly applied in medical laboratory technology,clinical medicine and stomatology,and have achieved remarkable results.
