摘要 随着各种医学成像技术的快速发展,医学影像在现代医学中的地位越来越重要。对医学影像技术专业人员有很大的需求缺口。医学影像技术专业的毕业生就业前景广阔,生源质量越来越好。多模态影像设备如SPECT/CT、PET/CT、PET/MR将解剖影像和功能影像融合,更有利于对病变进行定位甚至定性诊断,在精准医学中有很大的应用价值,极大推进了核医学诊断临床应用的进程,对大型核医学仪器的使用操作人员也有了更高的要求。为了更好地培养医学影像技术专业本科生对核医学设备的熟练使用,我校对医学影像技术专业的本科生开设了《核医学成像》这门课程。《核医学成像》课程内容包括了与核医学密切相关的核物理基础、核医学设备与核医学检查技术等相关知识,是医学影像技术专业的专业课程之一。现就《核医学成像》课程在医学影像技术专业学生中的教学实践做一总结,以期提高核医学成像课程的教学效果,从而更好为临床诊疗培养影像技术人才。 With the rapid development of various medical imaging technologies,medical imaging has become more and more important in modern medicine.There is a huge demand gap for medical imaging technology technicians.Graduates majoring in medical imaging technology have broad employment prospects,and the quality of students is getting better.Multi-modal imaging technologies and equipment such as SPECT/CT,SPECT/MR,PET/CT,PET/MR can integrate anatomical images and functional images,and are more accurate to localize the lesions and even diagnose the lesions qualitatively,which may have great value in precision medicine.It has greatly promoted the process of clinical application of nuclear medicine diagnosis,and has higher requirements for the use and operation of large-scale nuclear medicine instruments.In order to better cultivate the proficient use of nuclear medicine equipment for medical imaging technology undergraduate students,our university has opened the course Nuclear Medicine Imaging for them.The Nuclear Medicine Imaging course includes nuclear physics,nuclear medicine equipment and nuclear medicine examination technology.It is one of the professional courses for medical imaging technology undergraduate students.Thus,the teaching practice and experience of the"Nuclear Medicine Imaging"course in medical imaging technology undergraduate students were summarized in order to improve the teaching effect of the nuclear medicine imaging course,so as to better cultivate imaging technology talents for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
