案例式PBL教学法在口腔科实习生带教中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察分析口腔科临床实习生带教过程中案例式PBL教学模式的应用价值。方法于2019年1月—2020年1月在本院口腔科进行临床实习的26名实习生作为课题对象。遵循自愿参与及同意知情原则,通过数字随机表法,分组观察课题对象并分别设为常规组(传统临床带教)、研究组(案例式PBL教学模式),各13名。观察对比分析两组临床带教质量(实践成绩、理论成绩、总成绩)、Mini-CEX(迷你临床演练评价量表)评分、带教满意度。结果研究组实践成绩、理论成绩、总成绩均高于常规组,二组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组Mini-CEX(迷你临床演练评价量表)各维度评分高于常规组,二组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组教学满意度高于常规组,二组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔科临床带教过程中贯彻落实案例式PBL教学模式,能够进一步提高临床带教质量以及教学效果,加强实习生综合能力,而且此种带教模式备受实习生欢迎、青睐,临床应用前景广阔。 Objective To observe and analyze the application value of case PBL teaching mode in the teaching process of clinical interns in the department of stomatology.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,26 clinical interns in the Department of Stomatology of our hospital were selected as the subjects.Following the principle of voluntary participation and consent to be informed,the subjects were divided into 13 cases in each group(conventional clinical teaching)and 13 cases in each group(case PBL teaching)by means of random table method.Observe and compare the clinical teaching effect(practice score,theory score,total score),Mini-CEX(Mini clinical exercise evaluation scale)score and teaching satisfaction of the two groups.Results The practical achievement,theoretical achievement and total achievement of the research group were higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of case PBL teaching mode in the clinical teaching of stomatology department can further improve the clinical teaching effect and strengthen the comprehensive ability of interns.Moreover,this teaching mode is welcomed by interns and has broad clinical application prospects.
