摘要
目的探究CBL教学法在心内科护理学教学中的效果。方法选取我院2018年9月—2020年10月于心内科护理进行实习的110名学生作为研究对象,将其随机均分为调查组与对照组,两组学生各55名,对照组采取常规教学方法,调查组采取案例教学法,对比两组学生的理论成绩及格率、病例考试成绩、期末实践成绩、学生满意度。结果调查组学生及格率为96.4%(53/55),实践成绩为(86.72±4.09)分,病例考试成绩为(80.44±4.76)分,满意度为94.5%(52/55),高于对照组的85.4%(47/55)、(80.95±7.16)分、(75.28±6.91)分、78.2%(43/55),且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在心内科护理学的教学中,采取CBL教学法能够有效的提高学生对理论知识的掌握以及实践技能的使用,并且能够使学生满意度更高。
Objective To explore the effect of CBL teaching method in cardiology nursing teaching.Methods 110 students in cardiology nursing practice from September 2018 to October 2020 in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the investigation group and the control group,55 students in each group.The control group adopted the conventional teaching method,and the investigation group adopted the case teaching method Degree.Result The pass rate of the students in the investigation group was 96.4%(53/55),the practice score was(86.72±4.09)points,the case examination score was(80.44±4.76)points,and the satisfaction rate was 94.5%(52/55),which were higher than 85.4%(47/55),(80.95±7.16)points,(75.28±6.91)points and 78.2%(43/55)of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of cardiology nursing,CBL teaching method can effectively improve the students'mastery of theoretical knowledge and the use of practical skills,and can make students'satisfaction higher,which is worthy of promotion.
