摘要
目的研究基于成果导向教育(outcome-based education,OBE)教学模式在呼吸内科实习带教中的应用效果。方法选取2019年8月—2021年8月遵义医科大学临床医学本科(统招)实习生80名为研究对象,随机分为对照组与试验组,各40名。对照组采取传统教学模式带教,试验组采取基于OBE的教学模式带教,对比两组考试成绩、临床沟通能力变化、教学效果以及教学满意度。结果两组摸底考试成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组出科考试成绩相较于摸底考试成绩均有明显提升(P<0.05);与对照组比较,试验组出科考试成绩更高(P<0.05)。教学前,两组传递有效信息、敏锐倾听、建立和谐的关系、验证患者的感受、共同参与、确认患者问题及临床沟通能力总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);教学后,两组上述评分均明显提升(P<0.05);两组教学后上述评分比较,试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,试验组知识理解度提升率、学习积极性提升率、自主学习能力提升率、临床问题解决能力提升率及团队合作能力提升率均更高(P<0.05)。试验组对教学的总满意率为97.50%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于OBE教学模式应用于呼吸内科实习带教,可有效提高教学效果,提高学生临床沟通能力,并提高学生满意度。
Objective To study the application effect of outcome-based education(outcome-based education,OBE)teaching mode in the practice teaching of respiratory medicine.Methods From August 2019 to August 2021,80 clinical medicine undergraduate(unified enrollment)interns in the Zunyi Medical University were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was taught by traditional teaching mode,and the experimental group was taught by OBE based teaching mode.The test scores,changes in clinical communication ability,teaching effect and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in find out the examination results between the two groups(P>0.05).The graduation examination results in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the find out the examination results(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the graduation examination results of the experimental group were higher(P<0.05).Before teaching,there were no significant differences in the total scores of transmitting effective information,keen listening,establishing harmonious relationship,verifying patients'feelings,participating together,confirming patients'problems and clinical communication ability between the two groups(P>0.05).After teaching,the above scores of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05).After teaching,the scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the improvement rate of knowledge understanding,learning enthusiasm,autonomous learning ability,clinical problem-solving ability and teamwork ability in the experimental group were higher(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 97.50%,which was higher than 77.50%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of OBE based teaching mode in the practice teaching of respiratory medicine can effectively improve the teaching effect,improve students'clinical communication ability and improve students'satisfaction.
