双向评价法在临床护理规范化培训中的运用

摘要 目的分析双向评价法在临床护理规范化培训中的运用价值,旨意为相关人员的研究工作提供参考文献。方法选择本院2019年5月—2020年5月的38名毕业学生进行规范化培训,其中专科毕业生30名、本科毕业生8名,按照分批次轮转的方式。分随机分为观察组、对照组,每组学员19名,分析学员以及带教人员对培训结果的评价。结果在学员对带教综合水平的评价中,专业技能评分中,观察组评分(18.95±1.02)分明显高于对照组(16.27±1.00)分,数据统计差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在学生考核结果评价中,观察组的理论考核评分(90.12±1.47)分明显高于对照组(82.18±1.39)分,数据统计差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将双向评价法运用在临床护理规范化的培训中,可以帮助学员更好的进行实践,通过问题的提出获取互动交流空间,在提高学员对带教人员满意度同时也可以增强带教人员的综合水平,实现临床护理规范化培训的目的。 Objective To analyze the application value of two-way evaluation method in standardized training of clinical nursing,and to provide reference for related personnel's research.Method To select 38 graduates from May 2019 to May 2020 for standardized training.Among them,30 college graduates,8 undergraduate graduates.According to the way of batch rotation.It was divided into observation group,control group,students per group 19.Analyze the evaluation of training results by students and teachers.Results In the evaluation of students'comprehensive teaching level.In the professional skills score.The score of observation group(18.95±1.02)points was significantly higher than that of control group(16.27±1.00)points,data statistics were different(P<0.05).In the evaluation of student assessment results.The theoretical assessment score(90.12±1.47)points in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(82.18±1.39)points.Data statistics were different(P<0.05).Conclusion The two-way evaluation method is applied to the standardized training of clinical nursing,can help students to better practice.Access to interactive communication spaces through questions raised,iImproving the students'satisfaction with the teaching staff can also enhance the comprehensive level of the teaching staff,to realize the purpose of standardized training of clinical nursing.
