摘要
消化系统恶性肿瘤是一门理论性和实践性都很强的学科,需要有效结合理论与实践知识。案例教学法是教学模式改革的主要选择之一,依据教学大纲和肿瘤学专业学位研究生的培养目标构建消化系统恶性肿瘤案例库,在教师引导下,通过案例的搭桥,提高研究生学习的自主性、主动性,锻炼临床思维,提高独立思考能力及临床解决实际问题的能力,从而提高研究生培养质量。在专业硕士研究教育中专硕教育中消化系统恶性肿瘤教学案例库的建设适用于现代教学模式,具有重要的教学和临床实践意义。
Malignant tumor of digestive system is a subject with strong theoretical and practical nature,which needs to effectively combine theoretical and practical knowledge.Case teaching method is one of the main choices in the reform of teaching mode.According to the syllabus and the training objectives of postgraduates majoring in oncology,build a case base of digestive system malignant tumors.Under the guidance of teachers,through the bridging of cases,improve the autonomy and initiative of Postgraduates'learning,exercise clinical thinking,improve the ability of independent thinking and clinical problem-solving,so as to improve the training quality of postgraduates.In professional master's research education,the construction of teaching case base of digestive system malignant tumor in professional master's education is suitable for modern teaching mode and has important significance in teaching and clinical practice.
