摘要
为了缩短质子源研发周期和保证其运行可靠性,可使用螺旋线圈与磁性铁材料构造可调磁场的质子源测试平台进行测试。采用模拟计算和实验测试结合的方法,即计算圈匝数和磁性铁材料几何参数,根据CST 2015程序模拟螺旋线圈的结构尺寸等参数与质子源目标区的磁感应强度关系。测试平台磁感应强度测量结果能够满足潘宁(PIG)质子源性能测试的需求。在固定测试平台磁位形结构情况下,螺旋线圈总安匝数决定了质子源目标区的磁感应强度。
In order to shorten the development period of proton source and ensure its operation reliability,a test platform can be used for proton source test.The test platform is constructed by spiral coil and magnetic iron material with adjustable magnetic field.The combination of simulation calculation and experimental testing method is adopted,and the number of turns and the geometric parameters of magnetic iron material are calculated.According to the CST 2015 program,the relationship between the structure size of the spiral coil and the magnetic induction intensity of the proton source target region is simulated.The magnetic induction intensity measurement results of the test platform can meet the requirements of PIG-Penning Ion Gauge proton source performance.When the magnetic configuration of the test platform is fixed,the total ampere-turns of the spiral coil determines the magnetic induction intensity of the proton source target region.
