高校科研育人工作机制的完善与质量提升 被引量:8

Perfection and Quality Improvement on Educational Mechanism of Scientific Research in Universities

摘要 基于564份问卷调查数据,应用结构方程模型实证分析高校科研育人的影响因素,结果显示:学校的引领与管理、教师的言传与身教、团队的互动与感染、学生的体验与感悟、环境的熏陶与浸润对高校科研育人有直接的积极影响。同时,学校的引领与管理、教师的言传与身教、团队的互动与感染、学生的体验与感悟、环境的熏陶与浸润相互之间有积极的促进作用。为此,应当强化学校的引领与组织,发挥主导作用;着力教师的言传与身教,履行主体职责;增进团队的交流与感染,建立互动机制;注重学生的体验与感悟,触发内化机理;促进环境的熏陶与浸润,打造育人熔炉。 Based on the data of 564 questionnaires,this paper empirically analyzes the influencing factors of scientific research and education in colleges and universities by using structural equation model.The results show that:the guidance and management of the school,teachers’oral and physical education,team interaction and influence,students’experience and perception,and the influence of the environment have a direct and positive impact on scientific research and education in colleges and universities.At the same time,the schools’guidance and management,teachers’oral and physical education,team interaction and influence,students’experience and perception,and the influence of the environment play a positive role in promotion of each other.Therefore,we should strengthen the guidance and organization of the school,which play a leading role;we should lay emphasis on oral and physical education of the teachers,who perform their due responsibilities;we should enhance team communication and influence,which helps establish an interactive mechanism;we should emphasize students’experience and perception so as to trigger their internal mechanism;we should promote the edification and infiltration of the environment so as to build a melting pot for education.
