云南民办养老机构空间分布现状及发展对策分析

Analysis on the Space Distribution and Development Countermeasures of Private Elderly Care Institutions in Yunnan

以云南省178个民办养老机构为研究对象,用最邻近指数、核密度分析和热点分析等方法进行空间分析。结果表明:云南省民办养老机构总体分布呈团块状、双中心格局,分布结构呈集聚状态;民办养老机构发展主要以冷点区为主,热点区和过渡区都较少,表明云南省整体的民办养老机构发展较为缓慢;除养老服务公司数量少、为随机分布外,其他民办养老机构呈聚集分布;在影响因素方面,民办养老机构数量与人口密度之间呈强相关性、与区域经济发展水平之间呈极强相关性。基于研究结果,提出加大建设投入、鼓励乡镇建民办养老机构、鼓励“旅游+养老”的发展模式、严格执行养老机构安全管理规范及提高医养结合型民办养老机构比重等对策。

Taking 178 private elderly care institutions in Yunnan Province as the research object Analysis methods include nearest neighbor index,kernel density estimation and Getis-Ord Gi*.The results of the research are as follows the overall characteristics of the spatial distribution of the private elderly care institutions in Yunnan Province is in a double-center pattern with agglomeration;the development of private elderly care institutions is mainly in cold spot areas,with fewer hot spots and transitional areas,indicating that the overall development of private elderly care institutions in Yunnan Province is relatively slow;the spatial differentiation of private elderly care institutions at different types in Yunnan is relatively large,elderly service company presented a scattered distribution,the others have a high concentration;among the influencing factors,the number of private elderly care institutions has a strong correlation with population density and an extremely strong correlation with regional economic development.Based on the research results,some countermeasures are put forward,such as increasing investment in construction,encouraging the construction of private elderly care institutions in towns,encouraging the development model of′tourism+elderly care′,strictly implementing the safety management standards for elderly care institutions,and increasing the proportion of private elderly care institutions that combine medical care and elderly care.
