云南生态宜居美丽乡村建设路径研究

Studies on the Path of Ecological Livable Beautiful Countryside Construction in Yunnan

2011年以来,云南生态宜居美丽乡村建设取得了一定成效,同时也面临着严峻的挑战。本研究结合政府相关政策和措施,指出现阶段云南美丽乡村建设存在生态理念薄弱、公共基础设施滞后、专业人才缺乏等不足。在此基础上,提出建设“产业美”“生态美”“生活美”“人文美”“四美”云南乡村的建议,通过提倡绿色高效生产、构建和谐生态环境、营造和谐乡村生活、注重人文和谐发展等措施,推进云南生态宜居美丽乡村建设,最终实现乡村振兴目标。

The construction of ecological livable beautiful countryside in Yunnan from 2011 has made the achievements,but also need to deal with challenges.Combining relevant government policies and measures.The study found that the current stage of the construction of beautiful countryside in Yunnan has shortcomings such as weak ecological concepts,lagging public infrastructure,and lack of professional talents.Therefore,suggestions are put forward to build the′four beauties′of Yunnan countryside with′industrial beauty′,′ecological beauty′,′living beauty′and′humanistic beauty′.Adopt measures to promote green and efficient production,build a harmonious ecological environment,create a harmonious rural life,and pay attention to the harmonious development of humanities to promote the construction of ecological livable beautiful countryside in Yunnan,and ultimately achieve rural revitalization.
