中国与马里建交以来的交流合作探析

Exchange and Cooperation Exploration Since the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations Between China and Mali

马里是中国的传统友好国家,建交60多年来双方在各领域开展了交流合作。在当前建设“一带一路”、构建“人类命运共同体”和“中非命运共同体”的背景下,体现中非合作价值观的交流合作是解决非洲发展问题、深化中非关系的重要抓手。基于中马建交60年来的交流合作发展历程,分析两国开展交流合作面临的挑战,提出了解决对策,以期为中国与非洲地区国家开展交流合作提供参考,助力中非命运共同体建设。

Mali is a traditional friendly country to China.Since the establishment of diplomatic relations for 60 years,the 2 sides have cooperated in exchanges and cooperation in various fields.In the current context of building the′Belt and Road′,′a shared future for mankind community′and′a shared future for China-Africa community′,exchanges and cooperation that reflect the values of China-Africa cooperation are a key point for solving African development problems and deepening China-Africa relations.Based on the development process of exchanges and cooperation between China and Malaysia since the establishment of diplomatic relations 60 years ago,the study analyzes the obstacles of exchanges and cooperation between the 2 countries,and put forward the strategy.It is expected to provide references for exchanges and cooperation between China with West Africa,and to build a China-Africa community with a shared future.
