国内森林康养研究现状

Research Review of Forest Therapy in China

森林康养业涉及了众多学科及产业门类,现有相关文献有关森林康养的研究广而散,少有学者从整体对其进行综合性分析。基于大量文献基础资料,从森林康养的基础、载体、路径和目标4个方面,对国内对森林康养的研究进行梳理。结果表明,1)森林康养未来的发展同乡村振兴结合,充分借助乡村地区的自然环境优势;2)同中医药相结合,尤其是少数民族的医药理念与技术,缓解亚健康问题,推广民族医药;3)与养老业、旅游业紧密结合,缓解社会养老压力,带动旅游经济。同时针对存在的问题,提出未来开展森林康养研究的建议,以期推动森林康养长远可持续发展提供参考。

Forest therapy involves many disciplines and industries.The literature on forest therapy is not in-depth,and few scholars conduct a comprehensive analysis of it from the whole.This paper reviews the research on forest therapy in China from 4 aspects of the basis,carrier,path and goal of forest therapy based on literature.The results show that the future development of forest therapy should be combined with rural revitalization,and the natural environmental advantages of rural areas should be fully utilized.Combine with traditional Chinese medicine,especially ethnic medicine idea and technology,alleviate sub-health problem,promote ethnic medicine.It is necessary to closely integrate with the pension industry and tourism to ease the pressure on social pensions and drive the tourism economy.At the same time,suggestions for future research on forest therapy are put forward to promote the long-term sustainable development of forest therapy.
