新时代军事教育方针是党的军事教育理论的最新成果,是新时代办学育人的根本思想遵循和行动指南。军校是军队人才培养的主阵地,必须全面领会掌握、深入贯彻落实新时代军事教育方针,为强国兴军服务,立德树人,为战育人。文章阐述深入贯彻新时代军事教育方针,推进高素质专业化新型军事人才培养的具体措施,把立德树人摆在人才培养首要位置,不断强化学员“三个意识”,聚焦强军目标要求,着重突出“四种方法”,坚持战斗力标准,健全“五项制度”,对培养德才兼备的高素质、专业化新型军事人才具有重要意义。

The policy of military education in the new era is the latest achievement of the party's military education theory,and the basic thought and action guide of running a school and educating people in the new era.Military academies are the main positions of military personnel training.We must fully understand,master and thoroughly implement the military education policy in the new era,serve for a strong country and a prosperous army,cultivate morality and educate people for war.This paper expounds the specific measures to thoroughly implement the military education policy in the new era and promote the cultivation of high-quality and professional new military talents.Specially,we put morality and talent cultivation in the first place,constantly strengthen the"Three Consciousness"of the students,focus on the requirements of the goal of building a strong army,highlight the"four methods",adhere to the standard of combat effectiveness,and improve the"five systems".It is of great significance for the cultivation of high-quality and professional new military talents with both political integrity and ability.
