摘要
艺术院校教师的师德水平关系着德艺双馨的优秀艺术人才培养,关系着文化传承与创新的使命担当。近年来,艺术院校通过结合特色优势开展师德教育,在政策宣贯、理论教育、价值引领和思想引导等方面均取得一定实效,但在顶层设计、队伍建设、教育形式和途径等方面仍存在体制机制上的深层次问题。可通过着力加强整体谋划和系统推进,提升工作队伍的专业化水平,拓宽师德教育途径等方式,进一步提升艺术院校师德教育实效,促进师德与师能相统一。
The morality of teachers in art colleges is not only a matter of importance to the training of artists with both professional excellence and moral integrity but also to the mission of cultural inheritance and innovation.In recent years,art colleges have carried out ethics education for teachers based on their unique strengths and have achieved some effects in policy publicity and implementation,political theory education,value orientation,ideological guidance and other aspects,but there still are underlying institutional problems in top-level design,team building,educational form and approach and so forth.The actual effects of ethics education for teachers and the consistency of teachers'ethics and capability in art colleges may be further amplified by concentrating efforts on strengthening the overall planning and systematic advancement,enhancing the degree of professionalism across the entire team of ethics education organizers,planners,and implementers,as well as expanding the possible paths of ethics education for teachers.
