我们似乎生活在一个迅速撕裂和遍地仇恨的年代.网络仇恨以及伴随其而生的仇恨政治正在影响着全球的政治生态.本文对“仇恨”这一古老的人类情绪进行了梳理和反思,并且就赛博仇恨集群的生发机制、智能算法识别以及仇恨干预的现状与困境做出了述评与反思.人类社会的仇恨引擎在哪里?互联网又在其中扮演了什么样的角色?人工智能是否可能干预和引导仇恨?本文认为,尽管赛博仇恨的引擎在何处还未可知,互联网巨头们已然被想象成了应对网络仇恨蔓延的主体.这种将仇恨干预引向科技公司的想象背后还隐含着一种人类情感理应可以通过技术来进行处理和控制的想象.人工智能被进一步想象成是最有效的应对方案.网络仇恨干预在实际操作与尝试中反映出来几个问题,即定义的困境、算法应用的困境、遣散仇恨聚集的困境.

We seem to be living in an age where hatred spreads widely.Cyberhate,accompanying with the politics of hatred,is affecting the global political ecology.This paper pays attention to Hatred,an ancient human emotion,and makes a review and reflection on the mechanism of cyberhate,ACR(Automatic Content Recognition),and the present situation and dilemma of cyberhate intervention.Where is the engine of hatred in human society?What role does the Internet play in cyberhate?Could artificial intelligence intervene in and guide hatred?This paper argues that while the engine of cyberhate is still unknown,the Tech Giants have been imagined as the main actors in the fight against the spread of cyberhate,behind which lies another imagination that human emotions should be handled and controlled by technology.Artificial intelligence is further imagined as the most effective response.Three problems are being reflected in the practice of cyberhate intervention,that is,the dilemma of definition,the dilemma of algorithm application and the dilemma of dispersing cyberhate aggregation.
