Building a Mutually Transparent Human-machine Symbiosis Society under Intelligent Algorithms

在算法的驱动下,智能机器与人类互动,深刻地影响着人类的行为、认知和思考方式,变革着人类社会的结构,并逐渐演化为人机共生社会。人机关系正在嬗变,AI从工具转变成为人类强大的合作伙伴,人机关系更像是人际关系,人类必须考虑如何与它们相处。“界面”是人机关系的链接,通过界面让机器透明被认为是促进人机关系健康发展的一种方法。本文分析了人机共生社会的特点和影响人机关系的因素,提出通过“透明性”界面的设计增进人机互信和团队合作的方法,为构建和谐的人机共生社会提供一些思路。

Driven by algorithms,intelligent machines interact with humans,profoundly influencing human behavior,cognition and thinking,transforming the structure of human society and gradually evolving into a human-machine symbiotic society.The human-machine relationship is changing,and AI is transforming from a tool to a powerful partner of human beings.The“interface”is the link between human and machine,and making machines transparent through the interface is considered as a way to promote a healthy human-machine relationship.This paper analyzes the characteristics of human-machine symbiotic society and the factors affecting human-machine relationship,and proposes a method to enhance mutual trust and teamwork through the design of“transparent”interface,so as to provide some ideas to build a harmonious human-machine symbiotic society instead.
