摘要
本工程位于瑞安市瑞枫大道与文节路的东南角,东侧为河流,基坑开挖面积约7675m2,深度约15m,采用钻孔灌注桩维护结构,其周边环境复杂,开挖风险大。本文以该深基坑工程为背景,采用专家打分法与层次分析法对该工程进行风险评估。结果表明基坑施工总风险为二级,是可接受的,但土方开挖及周边环境存在较大风险,需在施工时予以重点关注,以保障基坑及周边管线安全。
The project is located in the southeast corner of Ruifeng Avenue and Wenjie road in Ruian City.The east side is the river.The excavation area of the foundation pit is about 7675m2 and the depth is about 15m.The bored pile maintenance structure is adopted.Its surrounding environment is complex and the excavation risk is high.Taking the deep foundation pit project as the background,this paper uses expert scoring method and analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the risk of the project.The results show that the total risk of foundation pit construction is level II,which is acceptable,but there are great risks in earth excavation and surrounding environment,which need to be paid special attention during construction to ensure the safety of foundation pit and surrounding pipelines.
