摘要 近年来,装备售后服务保障工作逐渐得到装备生产企业的重视,做好售后服务不但能够给企业带来良好的品牌效应,同时也能提升用户对装备生产企业的认同度和满意度。针对装备售后服务中存在的常见问题,通过引进先进技术、优化服务模式、强化标准规范建设和人才队伍建设等手段,提出了一种新的售后服务保障模式,能够有效提高装备保障效能和用户体验满意度,同时也为应急装备维修保障提供高效快捷的服务保障。 In recent years,equipment after-sales service guarantee has gradually attracted the attention of equipment manufacturers.Doing a good job in after-sales service can not only bring a good brand effect to the enterprise,but also improve users'recognition and satisfaction with equipment manufacturers.Aiming at the common problems existing in the after-sales service of equipment,a new after-sales service support model is proposed by introducing advanced technology,optimizing service models,strengthening standards and norms and building talent teams,which can effectively improve equipment support efficiency and user experience.At the same time,it also provides efficient and fast service guarantee for emergency equipment maintenance support.
