摘要
浙江某乡镇根据规划保留现状污水处理厂并新建一座0.8万m3/d的污水处理厂。本文介绍了该污水处理厂的设计进出水水质指标、主要构筑物的工艺选择与参数设计。该污水处理厂采用一级处理工艺+强化生物处理工艺+深度处理的组合处理工艺。生物处理采用强化脱氮效果的两级A2/O工艺,深度处理采用精密过滤器+磁混凝高效沉淀池,消毒采用次氯酸钠消毒。尤其从设计进水水质的确定方法和适应水质特征的工艺设计两方面,介绍了本工程设计特点,为乡镇污水厂设计提供借鉴。
According to the plan,a township in Zhejiang retains the existing sewage treatment plant and builds a new sewage treatment plant with a capacity of 8,000 m3/d.This paper introduces the design of inlet and outlet water quality indica tors,the process selection and parameter design of the main structures in Shengzhou.The sewage treatment plant adopts a combined treatment process of primary treatment process+enhanced biological treatment process+advanced treatment.The biological treatment adopts the two-stage A2/O process,the advanced treatment adopts the precision filter+magnetic coagulation college sedimentation tank,and the disinfection adopts sodium hypochlorite disinfection.In particular,the design features of this project are introduced from the two aspects of the determination method of the designed influent water quality and the process design adapted to the water quality characteristics,which can provide reference for the design of the township sewage treatment plant.
