Application Analysis of Value Engineering in Construction Cost Control

价值工程在建筑工程造价控制中的应用,可以求得建筑工程项目在造价、功能、成本三个方面寻求平衡。本文选取实际案例,旨在研究价值工程在建筑工程造价控制的应用,采取理论与实际相结合的方法,不仅介绍价值工程的基本理论及其在建筑工程中的实际应用,也介绍建筑工程中地基桩与施工材料合理调配中的造价控制实例。通过分析,地基桩还是工程材料,均需要均衡考虑其使用的功能与成本,这体现了价值工程在建筑工程造价控制中的应用、协调、统一。

The application of Value Engineering in construction cost control can find the balance of construction cost,function and cost,and ensure the safety and stability of project decision.In this paper,a practical case is selected to study the application of Value Engineering in construction cost control,and the method of combining theory with practice is adopted to introduce not only the basic theory of value engineering,but also its practical application in construction,the example of cost control in reasonable allocation of foundation pile and construction materials is also introduced.Through the analysis,we find that both the foundation pile and the engineering material need to consider the function and cost of the pile,on the one hand to improve the function,on the other hand to reduce the cost,so as to give full play to its maximum value,this reflects the application,coordination and unification of Value Engineering in construction cost control.
