摘要
本文利用三维软件建立玻璃钢箱体参数化实体模型,对其进行箱体隔热性能的分析。为验证在高日照强度下箱体内温度升高值是否满足隔热性能设计要求,计算了在70℃、60℃、50℃日照温度下箱内的温度分布工况,得到了箱体内的各截面及表面的温度场分布、各截面的温度最高值及平均值等。本文为玻璃钢箱体保温提供了一种模拟方法,设计人员可在设计时,模拟查看箱内温度状态及参考数据,有效指导设计过程、优化设计,降低设计风险。
This paper uses three-dimensional software to establish a parametric solid model of FRP box,and analyzes the thermal insulation performance of the box.In order to verify whether the temperature rise value in the box meets the design requirements of thermal insulation performance under high sunshine intensity,the temperature distribution conditions in the box under the sunshine temperature of 70℃,60℃,and 50℃were calculated,and the cross-sections in the box were obtained.And the temperature field distribution on the surface,the maximum and average temperature of each section,etc.This paper provides a simulation method for FRP box insulation.Designers can simulate and view the temperature state and reference data in the box during design,effectively guide the design process,optimize the design,and reduce design risks.
