山东理工大学食堂服务能力评价——基于层次分析法和熵权法的分析

Evaluation of Service Capability of Canteen in Shandong University of Technology:Analysis Based on AHP and Entropy Weight Method

本文从东校区全校师生视角出发,基于层次分析法(AHP)和熵权法对山东理工大学东校区食堂服务能力进行评价。首先依据调研结果建立层次结构模型;再综合利用层次分析法和熵权法对样本数据进行处理,计算出指标权重,进而对山东理工大学东校区食堂服务能力进行评价。通过量化研究与质性研究相结合,客观评价该校食堂的总体服务质量及服务中存在的问题,以便针对性地提出建议对策,为该高校食堂提高服务水平质量提供启示性建议。

From the perspective of teachers and students on the East Campus,this paper evaluates the service capability of the canteen on the East Campus of Shandong University of Technology based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and the entropy weight method.Firstly,a hierarchical structure model is established based on the survey results;then,the sample data is processed by the AHP and the entropy weight method,and the index weights are calculated,and then the service capability of the canteen on the East Campus of Shandong University of Technology is evaluated.Through the combination of quantitative research and qualitative research,objectively evaluate the overall service quality of the school canteen and the problems existing in the service,so as to put forward suggestions and countermeasures,and provide enlightening suggestions for improving the service level and quality of the university canteen.
