摘要
随着公路基础建设的快速发展,筑路材料逐渐紧缺,市场对新型化学材料的需求增加。土壤固化剂是路面基层固化的新型化学材料,与石灰或水泥等无机结合料共同使用,可以改变土壤的组成和工程性质,提高土质强度、改善土质压实性。通过研究固化剂成分,制备一种新型固化剂,并对其固化后的土进行无侧限抗压强度、劈裂强度及水稳定性能试验分析。结果表明,固化剂对土的无侧限抗压强度、劈裂强度及水稳定性都有较明显的改善作用。当固化剂掺量0.03%、水泥掺量5%、石灰掺量3%时,养护龄期为28 d的固化土,其无侧限抗压强度、劈裂强度和水稳定系数分别为6.954 MPa、0.8178 MPa和106.1%。
With the rapid development of highway infrastructure,road construction materials are gradually in short supply.Soil curing agent is a new type of chemical material for curing the pavement base layer.It can be used together with inorganic binders such as lime or cement,which can change the composition and engineering properties of soil,thus improving soil strength and compaction.A new type of curing agent material is prepared by studying the ingredients of the curing agent,and the unconfined compressive strength,splitting strength and water stability performance of the cured soil were tested and analyzed.The results show the unconfined compressive strength,splitting strength and water stability of the soil were significantly improved by the curing agent.When the contents of curing agent,cement and lime are 0.03%,5%and 3%respectively and the curing age is 28 d,the unconfined compressive strength,splitting strength and water stability coefficient are 6.954 MPa,0.8178 MPa and 106.1%.
