An Analysis of the Historical Process of Yutong

鱼通是康藏地区东部一个古地名,也是生活于其间的族群自称。梳理历史文献发现,鱼通的地望可能从折多山以东缩小到今之四川康定市所辖的大渡河两岸。从元代后,鱼通一词频繁出现在正史中。鱼通的地望和历史在文献中由模糊到清晰的过程,体现了鱼通在制度、经济、文化和认同等方面逐渐与祖国内地紧密整合在一起的历史必然性。考察鱼通的历史进程,对于理解走廊地带的民族交往过程,乃至中华民族多元一体格局形成的微观过程,对于深化走廊研究和铸牢中华民族共同体意识的研究,具有一定的价值。

Yutong,an ancient name in the eastern part of Kham region,is also how the ethnic group living in it call themsleves.It is mainly distributed in the Dadu River Basin in Kangding,Sichuan.Through combing the historical documents,it is found that the geographical outlook of Yutong has shrunk from Zheduo Mountain to Dadu River Basin.After the Yuan Dynasty,Yutong appeared more and more clearly in the official history.The geographical outlook and history of Yutong had changed from vague to clear in the literature,which reflects the historical inevitability that Yutong was gradually closely integrated with the mainland of the motherland in terms of system,economy,culture and identity.To highlight the historical process of Yutong has comparative research value for understanding the multi-ethnic communication process in the national corridor,for the micro history of the formation of the pattern of diversity in unity of the Chinese nation,and even for deepening the research on the national corridor and strengthening a sense of community for the Chinese nation.
