新时代新疆南疆地区少数民族大学生共产主义理想信念培育的路径研究

新时代加强新疆南疆地区少数民族大学生的共产主义理想信念是实现新疆南疆地区全面建成小康社会的应有之义,是实现新疆南疆地区社会稳定和长治久安的现实需要,同时亦是引导少数民族大学生践行时代责任的必然要求。从当前的教育实践来看,加强少数民族大学生的共产主义理想信念会受到大学生自身心理、年龄、家庭等因素的制约;新疆南疆地区各高校对加强少数民族大学生理想信念教育的重视程度和高校教师的教育理念会影响少数民族大学生共产主义理想信念培育的工作质量。应当从提升家庭教育质量、提升学校立德树人使命担当、强化教师教书育人使命职责、构建和谐社会等方面加强新时代新疆南疆地区少数民族大学生的共产主义理想信念培育工作。

In the new era,strengthening the communist ideals and beliefs of minority college students is the integral component of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects in Southern Xinjiang,the realistic need of realizing social stability and long-term stability of Southern Xinjiang,and the inevitable requirement of guiding minority college students to practice the responsibility of the times in Southern Xinjiang.Consolidating the education of minority college students′communist ideals and beliefs in Southern Xinjiang will not only be restricted by their own psychology,age,family and other factors,but also by the degree to which colleges and universities attach importance to and the educational ideas of university teachers.It should be strengthened by improving the quality of family education,promoting the mission of schools′morality education,strengthening teachers′responsibility of education,and building a harmonious society.
