Several Understandings on Comprehensively Promoting the Rule of Law in National Affairs Governance

全面推进民族事务治理法治化,是全面依法治国题中应有之义,也是我国民族事务工作应对诸多挑战的现实需要。在推进民族事务治理法治化过程中,坚持中国共产党领导,把握正确方向;完善民族法体系,做到有法可依;健全民族法监督制度,做到违法必究;提升各民族法治素养,增强法治意识。与此同时,要进一步处理好民族政策、民族关系、中华文化与民族法律的关系,不断为提升民族事务治理体系和治理能力现代化水平建设创造有利条件。

Promoting the rule of law in ethnic affairs governance is an important part of law-based governance,also the realistic need for China′s ethnic affairs work to cope with many challenges.In the process of promoting the rule of law in ethnic affairs governance,we should adhere to the leadership of the CCP for the right direction,improve the system of national law to ensure that there are laws to follow,develop the supervision system of ethnic law to punish those who violate the law and upgrade the legal literacy of the people of all ethnic groups.At the same time,we should handle well the relationship between national laws and national policies,the relationship between ethnic relations,the Chinese culture and the rule of law in the governance of ethnic affairs,to create favorable conditions for comprehensively promoting the modernization of the governance system and governance capacity in the field of ethnic affairs.
