温州市域铁路S1线减振扣件减振性能试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 温州市域铁路S1线是我国市域铁路先行先试的示范工程,为了给新建市域铁路减振设计提供技术参考,在S1线开展了减振扣件减振性能试验研究。主要研究结论:S1线减振扣件的减振效果实测结果为5~6 dB,其有效减振的起始频率位于35~42 Hz;减振扣件地段梁面分频振级较普通轨道地段最大减小18~21 dB,对应频率为63 Hz;建议加强减振扣件地段低频振动诱因(如轨面长波不平顺)的核查和管理,减小低频振动向外传播对线路两侧建筑物的影响;行车速度、线路直曲线要素对梁面VL_(zmax)及轨道减振措施的减振效果有着显著影响。 Wenzhou Suburban Railway Line S1 is the first pilot demonstration project of suburban railways in China.In order to provide technical guidance for the damping design of the proposed suburban railways,an experimental study on the vibration reduction performance of damper fasteners is carried out on line S1.The main conclusions are as follows.The measured results of vibration reduction effect of the damper fasteners used in line S1 are 5~6 dB,and their starting frequencies of effective damping are 35~42 Hz.The acceleration level of single frequency on the damper fastener section decreases by 18~21 dB compared with the ordinary track section,and the corresponding frequency is 63 Hz.In order to reduce the influence of low frequency excitation on the buildings along the suburban railway line,the verification and management of low-frequency vibration inducing factors,such as the rail surface long-wave irregularity in the section of damper fastener,should be strengthened.Driving speed and line curve elements have significant influence on VL_(zmax)of beam surface and the vibration reduction effect of damper fasteners.
