摘要
高等教育是具有战略地位的教育,高校教师教学能力显得更为重要,教师教学能力是影响教学效果的各种因素中最直接、最明显、最具效力的因素。研究遵循质性研究理念,使用参与观察和行动研究方法,对高校教师教学能力发展的理论、过程和机制进行探究。研究认为,共同体为提升教师教学能力发展机制提供了切实可行的路径指导,完善教学学术研究和课堂建设并行并重的教师教学能力发展,能够有效推动教学研究深化,创新引领促进教师教学能力内涵发展。
Higher education is of strategic significance,and the teaching ability of college teachers is very important.Teachers’teaching ability is the most direct,obvious and effective factor among the various factors affecting the teaching effect.The research is based on qualitative research concept,and uses the participatory observation and action research methods,to explore the theory,process and mechanism of university teachers’teaching ability development.The community provides a practical path and guidance for improving the development mechanism of teachers’teaching ability.Paying equal attention to teaching academic research and curriculum construction can effectively promote the connotation development of teaching ability.
