摘要
在众多研究领导风格对工作绩效是否存在影响的基础上,探讨学术领袖的领导风格对地方应用高校教师工作绩效行为的影响是本研究的主旨。研究采用定量分析与定性分析研究法,对100名教师的调查问卷的样本,用SPSS软件对数据进行统计分析。结果表明:第一,领导风格对教师的工作绩效有影响;第二,性别、工作经历、学衔对工作绩效的影响有显著性差异。研究建议采用民主领导方式作为培养地方应用型高校大学教师工作绩效的最有效方式,并为学术领袖举办培训班,培训他们如何利用民主领导方式培养并提高教师工作绩效。
Based on many studies on whether leadership styles have an impact on the work performance,this study is to explore the influence of academic leaders’leadership styles on the work performance of teachers in local applied universities.The research adopts quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis research methods,using SPSS software to statistically analyze the data of 100 teachers’questionnaire samples.The results show that:first,leadership style has an influence on the work performance of teachers;second,there are significant differences in the effects of gender,work experience,and academic title on the work performance.The research suggests that democratic leadership should be adopted as the most effective way to train teachers’performance in local applied universities,and training courses should be held for academic leaders to train them how to use democratic leadership to cultivate and improve teachers’performance.
