需求导向下于东非国家国际产教融合对策研究

Research on the Measures of International Integration of Industry and Education in East African Countries under the Demand-oriented Background

在“一带一路”倡议下,实施国际产教融合、进行高标准国际化办学是支持中国职业教育在新时期下的重要任务。肯尼亚、坦桑尼亚和赞比亚在东非均属农业国,经济发展缓慢,职业教育落后。中国在支持东非三国经济与产业发展过程中,应大力支持东非三国发展职业教育,为当地中资企业服务,支持当地提高青年就业水平。在需求导向下,系统总结东非三国产业和职业教育发展现状,提出中国职业教育教育通过“走出去”,支持东非国家快速发展对进一步推进国际产教融合具有重要意义。

Under the Belt and Road Initiative,it is an important task to promote China’s vocational education in the new era by implementing the international integration of industry and education and carrying out high-standard international school running.Kenya,Tanzania and Zambia are all agricultural countries in East Africa,with slow economic development and poor vocational education.In the process of supporting the economic and industrial development of the three East African countries,China should vigorously support the development of vocational education in those countries,so as to serve local Chinese-funded enterprises and support local efforts to improve youth employment.Under the demand-oriented background,this paper systematically summarizes the development status of the industries and the vocational education in the three East African countries,and puts forward that China’s vocational education should support the rapid development of East African countries by“going out”,which is of great significance to further promote the international integration of industry and education.
