摘要
目的:探讨将钝感力训练融入心理咨询对缓解大学生人际敏感的有效性。方法:对选定的符合条件的研究对象开展一对一心理咨询,并在咨询过程中引入钝感力训练进行干预,采用前后测数据对比。结果:通过6周融入钝感力训练的心理咨询辅导干预后,被试人际敏感得分显著低于干预前,干预效果明显。结论:针对人际敏感问题严重的大学生,在心理咨询过程中有目的地融入钝感力训练,能很好地帮助人际敏感大学生缓解痛苦,加强其人际适应能力。
Purpose:To explore the effectiveness of integrating insensitivity training into psychological counseling to alleviate the interpersonal sensitivity of college students.Method:One-on-one psychological consultation was carried out for selected eligible research subjects,and insensitivity training was introduced during the consultation process,and the data before and after the test were compared.Result:After 6 weeks of psychological counseling intervention incorporating insensitivity training,the interpersonal sensitivity score of the subjects was significantly lower than that before the intervention,and the intervention effect was obvious.Conclusion:For college students with serious interpersonal sensitivity problems,purposeful integration of insensitivity training in the psychological counseling process can help them relieve pain and strengthen their interpersonal adaptability.
