基于学生视角医学教学模式调查分析与思考 被引量:3

摘要 目的:了解医学本科教学现状,分析探讨医学本科教学异同及存在问题,为构建以学生为主体的教学模式改革提供合理性建议。方法,问卷调查西南地区不同医学院校医学本科生,内容包括接受的教学模式、期望的教学模式、当前教育模式存在的问题以及改善意见等。结果:发放问卷405份,回收有效问卷366份。38.52%医学生认为需要在教师层面做出改革,42.62%认为教材内容需改革,课程设置需改革占58.2%,实践教学需改革为77.87%,70.77%认为应注重学生能力培养。结论:多数学生更倾向于理论与实践相结合的教学模式,且在教师、教材、课程设置、个人能力培养等方面的改革也是必要的。 Objective:To understand the current situation of medical undergraduate teaching,analyze the similarities and differences as well as existing problems of medical undergraduate teaching,and provide reasonable suggestions for the reform of student-centered teaching model.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among medical undergraduates in different medical colleges in southwest China.The contents of the questionnaire include the accepted teaching model,the expected teaching model,the problems existing in the current education model and the suggestions for improvement.Results:A total of 405 questionnaires were distributed and 366 valid questionnaires were collected.38.52%of medical students believe that the reform should be conducted to improve the teaching level,42.62%believe that the content of teaching materials needs to be reformed,58.2%believe that the curriculum setting needs to be reformed,77.87%believe that the practice teaching needs to be reformed,and 70.77%believe that the cultivation of students’ability should be paid more attention to.Conclusion:Most students prefer the teaching model that can combine theory with practice,and it is also necessary to conduct reform in the aspects of the teachers,the teaching materials,the curriculum setting,and the ability training,etc.
