摘要
研究生培养是我国高等教育体系的重要环节,承担了我国产业转型升级、国际竞争以及高素质人才培养的重要任务。然而随着“双一流”建设的推进,在省属高校中高层次拔尖创新人才的培养存在一些亟待解决的问题。通过立足省属高校发展现状,在西安建筑科技大学研究生综合教育改革的框架下,探索了适应省属高校特点的研究生拔尖创新人才培养模式。在这种模式下,通过国际合作联合指导、课题组创新管理及文化建设保障等举措,可以创造良好的学术研究环境,从而促进省属高校研究生培养质量和竞争力的提高,为当前“双一流”建设背景下省属高校研究生人才培养模式改革提供重要参考依据。
Graduate education is an important part of China’s higher education system,which undertakes the important tasks of China’s industrial transformation and upgrading,international competition and high-quality talents training.However,with the development of“double first-class”construction,there are some problems to be solved in the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents in provincial universities.Based on the current situation of provincial universities,and under the framework of the comprehensive education reform of graduate students in Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology,this paper explores the training model of top-notch and innovative talents for graduate students adapted to the characteristics of provincial universities.Under this model,through the measures such as the international cooperation and joint guidance,the innovative management of research groups and the guarantee of cultural construction,a good academic research environment can be created,thus promoting the improvement of the training quality and the competitiveness of graduate students in provincial universities,which provides an important reference for the reform of postgraduate training model in provincial universities under the background of“double first-class”construction.
