摘要
以夏热冬冷地区典型城市合肥市为例,对现有住宅进行调研,总结其阳台设计演变历程,发现目前影响合肥市住宅南阳台设计的主要因素。为探究这些因素对住宅能耗的影响,选取实际住宅平面建立基础模型,通过控制变量的方法建立18组模型,使用Energy Plus软件模拟对相邻空间能耗的影响。
Taking Hefei,a typical city in hot summer and cold winter,as an example,this paper investigates the existing houses,summarizes the evolution process of balcony design,and finds out the main factors affecting the design of Nanyang terrace in Hefei.In order to explore the impact of these factors on residential energy consumption,the actual residential plane is selected to establish the basic model,18 groups of models are established through the control variable method,and the impact on adjacent space energy consumption is simulated by Energy Plus software.
