基于地域性的广州仓储类工业遗产建筑改造策略

Renovation Strategy for Warehouse Industrial Relics in Guangzhou City in the View of Regionalism

仓储类工业遗产是广州商贸航运兴盛的地域历史文化的见证,是岭南地域自然环境的投射,是广州求真务实、奋斗进取的地域社会人文的体现。在工业遗产转型更新的今天,标准化的旧仓储建筑又该如何重新回应新的地域历史文化、地域自然生态、地域社会人文环境?通过对广州26处仓储类工业遗产进行梳理,以地域性为视角分析其特征,最终结合实例提出广州仓储类工业建筑遗产改造活化的地域性策略,以期对岭南地区工业遗产在地性保护活化提供借鉴作用。

The warehouse industrial relics are the testimony of the regional history and culture in which trade and shipping flourished in Guangzhou City,the projection of the regional natural environment of Lingnan,and the embodiment of the regional social culture of Guangzhou City that is practical,pragmatic and enterprising.In today’s renovation of industrial relics,how should standardized old storage buildings respond to the new regional history and culture,regional natural environment,regional social culture?By sorting out the status quo of 26 warehouse industrial relics in Guangzhou City and analyzing their characteristics from the perspective of regionalism,regional strategies for the transformation and activation of warehouse industrial relics in Guangzhou City are proposed based on examples,in order to offer references for the local protection and renovation of industrial relics in Lingnan region.
