浅析青岛市利用城市地下空间补充建设人防工程的发展与对策

Analysis on the Development and Construction of Air Defense Projects Using Urban Underground Space in Qingdao City

随着近年来房地产市场的大热发展,青岛地区人防工程建设量连年大幅增长,但传统的人防工程在空间利用、便捷疏散、服务半径上存在着一定的局限性。地下空间补充人防建设工程(以下简称“补充工程”),作为战时临时掩蔽所,在协调平战功能、实现战时保护人民生命财产的目标方面有着先天性优势。可以预见的是,未来会有越来越多补充工程的出现。

With the rapid development of the real estate market in recent years,the number of civil air defense projects in Qingdao City has increased significantly.However,the traditional civil air defense projects have some limitations in space utilization,convenient evacuation and service radius.As a temporary shelter in wartime,underground space supplementary civil air defense construction project(hereinafter referred to as"supplementary project")has inherent advantages in coordinating peacetime and wartime functions and realizing the goal of protecting people’s life and property in wartime.It can be predicted that there will be more and more supplementary projects in the future.
