浅谈建筑立面导则管控体系构建——以巴中市恩阳区建筑立面导则为例

On the Construction of Building Facade Management and Control System:Taking the Building Facade Guidelines of Enyang District of Bazhong City as an Example

为避免“千城一面”,营造良好的城市风貌和建筑立面形象,近年来各地陆续出台城市风貌导则或建筑立面导则。文章基于地方政府的管理管控诉求,立足城市设计结构角度,运用形态类型学的方法,以巴中市恩阳区建筑立面设计导则为例,先建立“分级+分区+分类”的管控层次体系,再围绕“3个大类+16个中类+多个小类”为主体的管控要素体系,控制每类要素的“类型+比例+布局”,结合“通则要求+特殊性要求”2种管控力度,实现对恩阳区城市风貌的管控,以期为同类型地区提供城市形象管控经验。

In order to avoid"one side of a thousand cities"and create a good urban style and architectural facade image,various localities have successively issued urban style guidelines or architectural facade guidelines in recent years.Based on the management and control demands of local governments,based on the perspective of urban design structure,using the method of morphological typology,taking the building facade design guidelines of Enyang District,Bazhong City as an example,this paper first establishes the management and control hierarchy system of"classification+zoning+classification",and then focuses on the management and control element system of"3 categories+16 categories+multiple subcategories",control the"type+proportion+layout"of each type of element,and realize the control of the urban style of Enyang District in combination with the two control efforts of"general rules+special requirements",so as to provide the experience of urban image control for the same type of areas.
